As a consultant, she has worked extensively on technical and financial feasibility of projects covering commercial establishments, retail malls, mixed use and residential townships, hospitality sector, real estate assessment at airports, tourism and entertainment centres etc.

In Past she has served as Senior Manager, Consultancy and Land Services– Jones Lang LaSalle Meghraj, Mumbai, One of the largest real estate advisory firm in India. . She was also Consultant, Urban Development Unit – Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad, India’s premier institute providing consulting services and specialised training modules to urban managers and elected representatives and Planner, Environment – Lea Associates South Asia Pvt Ltd., a premiere consulting firm in the field of urban and environmental planning.

Manju is a graduate in Architecture from Government College of Architecture, Lucknow and postgraduate in Planning (Environment) from School of Planning, Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology (SP, CEPT), Ahmedabad.
